3. Third-Party Platform API Data

To provide social media publishing services, you may authorize us to access your accounts on third-party platforms via their OAuth workflows and supported APIs. Depending on the platforms you connect, we may receive and process:

3.1 Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• Facebook Page names, IDs, and access tokens
• Instagram Business/Creator account names and IDs
• Page/profile follower counts and post metrics (read-only)
• Access tokens with scopes: pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, pages_read_engagement

3.2 Google (YouTube)

• YouTube channel names, IDs, and subscriber counts
• Video upload permissions via YouTube Data API v3
• Daily API quota usage data
• OAuth scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly

3.3 Pinterest

• Board names and IDs
• Pin creation permissions
• OAuth scopes: boards:read, pins:write

Important: Social media platform passwords are not entered into ICAMTech MCN during OAuth connection. Access is managed through authorization tokens provided by the connected platforms, and you can revoke that access through each platform's settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To execute scheduled content publishing through the platform connections and permissions you have authorized.
• Account Management: To maintain your user account, manage your connected social media accounts, and authenticate your sessions.
• Analytics: To provide you with publish history, error reports, and performance summaries within the Platform dashboard.
• Security: To detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse of our Platform.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and communicate service updates.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Third-Party Platforms: Your content and associated metadata is transmitted to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and/or Pinterest solely to execute publishing actions you have initiated and authorized.

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
