- View publishing history and performance metrics
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- The security of any API access tokens stored within the Platform
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized account access at info@icamtech.net
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of service of connected social media platforms. You must NOT use the Platform to:
- Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or phishing content
- Publish content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
- Circumvent rate limits or terms of service of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, or any other connected platform
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, fake engagement, or artificial follower growth schemes
- Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any person's privacy
- Access or interfere with other users' accounts or data
5. Third-Party Platform Compliance
Our Platform integrates with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (YouTube), and Pinterest APIs. By connecting your accounts, you agree to comply with each respective platform's terms and developer policies:
- Meta: Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies
- Google / YouTube: YouTube Terms of Service and Google API Terms of Service
- Pinterest: Pinterest Terms of Service and Pinterest Developer Terms
Violation of third-party platform policies may result in suspension of your connected accounts on those platforms, which is outside our control or liability.
6. Content Ownership and Licenses
You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through the Platform. By uploading content, you grant ICAMTech MCN a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the publishing service you requested.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than executing your publishing instructions.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We aim to keep the Platform reasonably available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including third-party platform API outages.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dongguan Babate Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Actions taken by third-party social media platforms, including account suspensions or content removals
- Failed publish attempts due to platform API errors or quota limits
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@icamtech.net and requesting account deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation first, or if unsuccessful, through the courts of Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
